The owners and workers of several illegal brick kilns in Savar area blocked the Dhaka- Aricha Highway near Aminbazar on Wednesday protesting Environment Department’s drives against the operations of their brick kilns. As a result, traffic on the highway was stopped and passengers got out of their vehicles and compelled to go to their destinations walking.
