Community Bank achieves ISO 27001: 2022 Certification

Community Bank Bangladesh PLC has successfully achieved the ISO 27001:2022 certification, the latest international standard for information security management systems (ISMS).

The certification, audited by Intertek Bangladesh and accredited by UKAS, reaffirms the bank’s commitment to protecting customer information and maintaining high standards of digital security,according to press release.

The certificate was handed over to Managing Director (Current Charge) Kimiwa Saddat during a ceremony at the bank’s Head Office on Thursday. Saddat said the achievement demonstrates the bank’s dedication to secure, modern banking services and will motivate continued innovation and improvement.

The event was attended by senior officials from Community Bank, including Md. Tanjim Morshed Bhuiyan, Dr. Md Ariful Islam, Md. Mamun Ur Rahman, and representatives from Intertek Bangladesh.
