National Bank Holds Managers’ Meet in Cumilla

National Bank PLC organised a daylong Managers’ Meet with 19 branch managers from the Cumilla region to review performance and set strategies for growth and better customer service.

MD Adil Chowdhury attended as Chief Guest, urging managers to focus on innovation, integrity, optimism, and impact. Senior officials including Md Mizanur Rahman, Mohammad Towhidul Karim, and Md Iskander Ali Fakir also participated,according to press release.

The session identified four priorities: deposit mobilisation, loan recovery, import business expansion, and strengthening sales and marketing. Branch leaders pledged to turn these plans into measurable actions, reaffirming the bank’s commitment to growth and customer trust.
