Jamuna Bank awards scholarships to outstanding students

Jamuna Bank Foundation recently held a scholarship ceremony at the RAOWA Convention Hall to support meritorious students, including those with disabilities, from across the country.

Over 200 students who achieved GPA-5 in the SSC and Dakhil examinations of 2024 and 2025 received scholarships under the Foundation’s initiative, which is fully funded by Jamuna Bank.

The event was presided over by Al-Haj Nur Mohammed, Chairman of Jamuna Bank Foundation. Robin Razon Sakhawat, Chairman of Jamuna Bank PLC, attended as Chief Guest.

Directors of the bank were present as Special Guests, while Mirza Elias Uddin Ahmed, Managing Director and CEO of Jamuna Bank PLC, joined as Guest of Honour, according to press release.

Executives and employees from Jamuna Bank’s head office and branch network participated both in person and virtually, showcasing the bank’s ongoing commitment to education and inclusive growth.
