EBL, BBDN celebrate women’s digital marketing graduation

Eastern Bank PLC (EBL) and the Bangladesh Business & Disability Network (BBDN) have celebrated the graduation of 15 women with disabilities from a digital marketing training programme.
The certificate presentation ceremony was held at the Skill Jobs office, with representatives from EBL, BBDN, Skill Jobs and B-SCAN in attendance.
The programme was designed to equip women with disabilities with market-relevant digital skills and prepare them for employment opportunities in the evolving digital economy. Ahead of the training, BBDN conducted a sensitisation workshop for Skill Jobs instructors to ensure an inclusive learning environment.
In collaboration with B-SCAN, participants were identified, assessed and enrolled. The programme also provided reasonable adjustments such as sign language interpretation and transport allowances to ensure equal participation.
