Free distribution of Black Bengal goats

Free Black Bengal goats have been distributed among poor and helpless women.

Yesterday under the income-enhancing programme for the marginalized population in Kaliganj upazila of Lalmonirhat district, Kaliganj Upazila Nirbahi Officer Zakia Sultana distributed the goats to the remote areas of two villages in Kaliganj upazila with the initiative of Profit Foundation funded by Bangladesh NGO Foundation (BNF).

PF Executive Director Md. Nuruzzaman Ahmed presided over the event.

The special guests of the free Black Bengal goat were KaliganjUpazila Livestock Officer Dr. Md. FerdousurRahman and Lalmonirhat District Social Service Officer (Regd.) SukantaSarkar and Dalgram Union Parishad Chairman Md. IqbalHossain, Profit Foundation Chairman Md. Motahara Begum, Field Officer Md. Munni Begum, Volunteer Md. SujitaNazmin, etc.
