Bangladesh Under-17 Women’s Football team will take on Bhutan Under-17 Women’s Football team in their fifth match of the South Asian Football Federation (SAFF) Under-17 Women’s Championship at Changlimithang Stadium in Thimpu, the capital city of Bhutan.

The game will kick-off at 3:00pm (Bangladesh Standard Time). India will face Nepal in their fifth match on the same day. India Under-17 Women’s Football team grabbed maximum 12 points from four matches.

On the other hand, Bangladesh Under-17 Women’s Football team breathing on India’s beck collecting nine points from as many outings. Bangladesh will face India in their last match on August 31.

Bangladesh have to earn victory in that match, if they keep their hope alive to clinch the crown of the SAFF Under-17 Women’s Championship.

The win of that match will not be enough to earn the championship trophy. Bangladesh have to gain better goal difference than India to take the biscuits.

Bangladesh made a good start defeating Bhutan 3-1 in their first match on August 20. Bangladesh lost to India 2-0 in their second match on August 22.
