Dhaka Metropolitan Police’s (DMP) Traffic Division has filed a total of 2,344 cases against vehicles, owners and its drivers for violating traffic rules.
The DMP Traffic Division has filed those cases and realized fines on Tuesday through regular drive against traffic rules breakers, according to a press release issued.
It said the DMP traffic police dumped 313 motor vehicles and towed 114 vehicles during the campaign against traffic rule violations.
The DMP release further said these drives against traffic rule breakers will continue to ensure discipline on Dhaka’s streets.
