Startup Showcase Highlights Young Entrepreneurs Driving Climate and Social Innovation

Experts Academy Limited (EAL) and Sustain Launch Labs jointly organized the ‘Startup Showcase’ to empower promising startups led by young entrepreneurs in Bangladesh. The initiative focuses on supporting ventures tackling climate change, promoting sustainable development, and addressing social challenges.

The event was attended by Lt. Gen. (retd) Abdul Hafiz, SBP, ndc, psc, Special Assistant to the Chief Adviser of the Interim Government, Bangladesh, as the Chief Guest. H.E. Nicolas Weeks, Ambassador of Sweden to Bangladesh, was present as Guest of Honor.

Other distinguished attendees included Hasan Rahman, Founder of EAL; Brigadier General (retd) Md Sirajul Islam Sikder, Advisor of EAL; M. Mahfuzur Rahman, Chairman of EAL and former Executive Director of Bangladesh Bank; and Dr. Chowdhury Mohammad Wasiuddin, Managing Director of EAL, along with representatives from various organizations.

As part of the program, EAL awarded cash prizes to the top three startups from the participating ventures, recognizing their innovative contributions by honoring them as the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners.

Organizers said the Startup Showcase reflects a commitment to fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainable growth among Bangladesh’s youth.
