The admission test for the first phase of the one-year MA and MSS programs for the academic year 2024-2025 conducted by the School of Social Sciences, Humanities and Languages of Bangladesh Open University (BOU) was held peacefully on Friday.
This admission test was held simultaneously at the Central Conference and Training Center, ICT Unit, Guest House, School of Education, Teacher Seminar Hall, Open University Laboratory School and Dhaka Regional Center of the university’s Gazipur main campus.
A total of 2320 students from all over the country participated in this exam for MA and MSS programs.
Meanwhile, the admission test for the Executive MBA and MPA programs conducted by the School of Business of Bangladesh Open University was also held simultaneously today at the Dhaka Regional Center and Chittagong Regional Center.
In this, 170 students participated in the Dhaka regional center and 60 students in the Chittagong regional center.
The admission test of these programs was inspected by the Honorable Vice Chancellor of Bangladesh Open University, Professor Dr. ABM Obaidul Islam.
While inspecting the admission test centers held at the Dhaka regional center, the Vice Chancellor said, “BOUB is working tirelessly to improve the quality of education.
Such programs play an important role in bringing higher education to the doorstep of everyone. The participation and interest of the students in today’s admission test is truly encouraging.”
