Int’l environ policy training 2025 held at CVASU

A day-long international training program titled ‘International Environmental Policy, Green Education, Leadership and Communication Training 2025’ was held at Chattagram Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (CVASU). The training program was jointly organized by Rotaract Club of CVASU, Shishu Ullas Sangstha and International Youth Climate Leader School. 66 students from different faculties participated in the training program organized on the CVASU campus from 10 am to 5 pm last Friday. Experienced trainers from Bangladesh, Pakistan and Afghanistan provided training on climate change, sustainable development, leadership and environmental communication.
The day-long training program included group work, brainstorming sessions, speech competitions and practical environmental awareness activities.
The trainers were Bina Bai (Pakistan) and Nasrin Nadiri (Afghanistan) of the International Youth Climate Leader School and M. A. Mahmud Yamin (Bangladesh), Founder and CEO of Shishu Ullas Sangstha, Nargis Akhtar (Bangladesh), Senior Researcher and Trainer, and Md. Abir Al Hasnaye (Bangladesh), District Trainer of Chattagram.
The training program was attended by the Director (Student Welfare), CVASU, Professor Dr. Mohammad Rashedul Alam, as the chief guest. Rotaract Club of CVASU President Swapnil Mahmud, presided over the event. Secretary Rotaract Club of CVASU Afsana Ahmed Madhavi was present at the presentation.
