What actor Ador Azad says about film ‘Togor’ being removed from cineplexes

The movie ‘Togor’, released on Eid, failed to attract any audience at the cineplex. As a result, the movie did not find a place in any cineplex’s schedule in the second week.
However, the film’s lead actor Ador Azad said that they themselves decided not to screen ‘Togor’ at the cineplexes.
The movie ‘Togor’ starring Adar Azad and Puja Cherry has been released
on the occasion of Eid.
However, the movie failed to attract audiences at the cineplex. As a result, the film did not get a place in any cineplex’s schedule in the second week.
The movie has been removed from Star Cineplex, Jamuna Blockbuster and Lion Cinema Hall.
However, Ador Azad, the hero of the movie ‘Togor’, said that they themselves decided not to screen ‘Togor’ at the cineplex.
Sharing the new week’s hall list, Ador Azad wrote on Facebook, “And we have taken the decision ourselves not to keep schedule for the screening of the movie ‘Togor’ produced by AR Movie Network at multiplexes this week.
Due to five other movies released on the occasion of Eid, it was not possible to properly determine the audience for the show time of ‘Togor’.”
This hero also wrote, “Considering the interests of the audience, we have withdrawn the film from multiplexes for a week. However, ‘Togor’ will return to multiplexes next week – with a new schedule, proper planning, and full preparation.”
‘Togor’ is based on the story of the port area. There are daily clashes between local influential people involved in the black market.
Growing up in such an environment, young Togor is naturally rebellious. When he goes against those in power, Togor becomes their target. But he is not one to give up either, and this begins a conflict.
Directed by Alok Hasan, the film also stars Rosey Siddiqui, Sumon Anwar and others.
The movie ‘Togor’ is being screened at Azad Cinema Hall in Dhaka, Babu Talkies in Nilphamari, and Five Star Cinema Hall in Naogaon
in the second week.
