Sports Reporter :
This correspondent talked to Md Atiqur Rahman, who is a Certified Personal Trainer and also Owner & Founder of Metal Cave Gym.
This Reporter asked him some questions and he answered those questions about physical fitness and other subject related to physical fitness. Physical fitness is primarily based on five physical capabilities. They are: Stamina, muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, body composition.
Stamina: No one get tired easily. No one should not run out of breath quickly while climbing stairs, walking, cycling, swimming, or even running away in sudden emergencies. A persons lungs will supply the necessary oxygen to his or her heart, and the heart will efficiently deliver blood to all cells in the body with the help of oxygen.
Muscle Strength: Daily life often requires tasks that demand strength, such as lifting heavy objects, carrying children, or moving things from one place to another. These tasks require physical power.
Muscle Endurance: The ability to perform continuous tasks for extended periods, like carrying grocery bags over long distances or holding a ladder steady while someone climbs.
Flexibility: The suppleness of muscles. Actions like bending to pick something up, jumping or throwing require muscle flexibility. Without it, the body cannot efficiently transfer force, reducing balance and increasing injury risk. Yoga and stretching exercises boost flexibility.
Body Composition: The ratio of muscle mass to fat mass in your body. Maintaining this balance requires attention to your overall lifestyle-diet, sleep, stress, and activity levels all impact body composition.
