Prime Bank holds inclusive banking training for professionals

A three-day training programme titled “Breaking Attitudinal Barriers: Inclusive Banking for Persons with Disabilities” was held from May 23 to 25, 2025, at Lakeshore Heights in the capital . The event was jointly organized by Monash University Australia, Team Inclusion Bangladesh, and Prime Bank PLC.

The program focused on promoting disability inclusion and a rights-based approach in the banking sector. Led by Team Inclusion Bangladesh, the workshop was aimed to encourage participants to move from symbolic actions to meaningful, systemic and real change.

Through a series of interactive sessions, real-life simulations, banking professionals gained practical knowledge tools to better serve persons with disabilities. Participants shared a renewed commitment to inclusive practices with a mindset of progressive learning and development, says a press release.

Employees from various departments of Prime Bank actively participated, underscoring the importance of inclusive training in building a more accessible financial system.
