Manu Mia is a hero born today: Khairul Basar

Kishoreganj’s gravedigger Manu Mia’s beloved horse was recently killed by miscreants.
This man, who spent most of his life digging graves without pay, was accompanied by a red horse, which he rode on the back of when he received death news.
He would rush to the graveyard on the back of the horse whenever he received news of any death.
When news of the horse’s brutal death spread through social media, the issue touched the heart of popular TV actor Khairul Basar.
Khairul Basar wrote on the video post on Monday, “I want to buy a horse for Manu Mia. In exchange for buying a horse, may Allah bless him until he digs my grave. If anyone can arrange for me to contact Manu Mia, I would be grateful.”
Later, the actor Basar went to visit Manu Mia, who was undergoing treatment at the hospital.
He talked to Manu Mia for a long time and shared a picture of that moment on social media.
In his Facebook post, he wrote, “Today I met a hero. I saw a hero with my own eyes, I hugged a hero! Manu Mia is a hero today.”
He also wrote, “I will tell the story of this hero soon. Let me just say this, Manu Mia is not helpless — rather, he has the great power to become a helper to the helpless. In this directionless society, the name of an ideal is Manu Mia.”
Meanwhile, Manu Mia said that he has no complaints about the horse’s death.
He said, “It was like my child. It is gone by the will of Allah. I don’t want anything from anyone, I just want prayers.”
