CUB’s ‘Muscle Engine’ gymnasium inaugurated

The Canadian University of Bangladesh (CUB) has officially inaugurated its state-of-the-art gymnasium titled ‘Muscle Engine.’ The gym facility is open completely free of charge for students, providing them with the opportunity to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle alongside their academic pursuits.

The inauguration ceremony was graced by the Vice Chairman of CUB, Chowdhury Jafarullah Sharafat, who officially opened the facility by cutting the ribbon. In his motivational address, he emphasised the vital role of physical fitness in a student’s overall development. “Academic excellence alone is not enough physical well-being is equally essential for a balanced and successful life,” he stated.

The event was also attended by the Vice Chancellor, faculty members, administrative officials, and a large number of enthusiastic students. The festive inauguration concluded with a vibrant cultural performance that added energy and excitement to the occasion.

The ‘Muscle Engine’ gymnasium is equipped with modern and high-quality fitness equipment, including exercise bikes, weight training sets, and other advanced gym tools. The facility is fully accessible and exclusively free for all CUB students.
