Kabaddi referee training concludes today

The Bangladesh Kabaddi Federation launched a training course (Basic Course) for the kabaddi referees on April 26 last to produce quality kabaddi referees in the country that will be concluded today.

A total of 75 trainees including 14 women participated in the course, said a press release on Tuesday.

The participants in the course got the opportunity to receive hands-pen training. In addition, to learning about the history of kabaddi, the participants received training on field measurements and drawings, field terminology, rules of the game, competition rules, filling out score sheets and technical points.

Certificates will be distributed to those who will pass the written and oral exams among the participants of the referee training course.

National Sports Council Secretary Md. Aminul Islam will be present as the chief guest at the closing ceremony and distribute certificates among the trainees.
