An agreement was signed between Bangladesh Bridge Authority and bKash for toll collection through the Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) system on the Padma Bridge.
The signing ceremony took place in the conference room of the Bridge Division, with the Secretary of the Bridges Division and the Executive Director of the Bangladesh Bridge Authority, Mohammad Abdur Rouf, attending as the chief guest, says a press release.
Khandaker Nurul Haque, Director (Finance & Accounts) and Joint Secretary, signed the agreement on behalf of the Bangladesh Bridge Authority. Ali Ahmed, Chief Commercial Officer, signed on behalf of bKash.
Senior officials from the Bridge Division, Bangladesh Bridge Authority, and representatives from bKash were also present at the event.
