Pori Moni upset on her debut day in Tollywood

Bangladeshi popular film actress Pori Moni’s first Tollywood movie is ‘Felubakshi’. Devaraj Sinha made this detective story based movie of thriller genre.

This movie was shot last year. Pori Moni was excited about this ‘Felubakshi’ movie from the beginning. She has constantly updated this movie on social media. Finally, Pori’s waiting turn is over.

The movie ‘Felubakshi’ was released in theatres in West Bengal yesterday (Friday).

But Pori Moni couldn’t attend the release of the movie in India due to visa complications even if she wanted to. So, the excitement about ‘Felubakshi’ turned into a sad mood of Pori Moni yesterday.

While talking in this regard, Pori Moni told this correspondent, “I wanted to enjoy the movie with the team. But that didn’t happen anymore. I’m very upset.

My movie will release in India, but I can’t go there. But yes, the movie is releasing in a big way – it’s a matter of great joy.”

Pori Moni also said that due to visa complications, she dubbed the movie in the country.

“I waited until the last minute for the visa. The plan was that
I would go there and then do the dubbing. But that didn’t happen anymore. Then they sent me files from India to dubbing.

I’ve been awake dubbing at night. During the dubbing, I had a video call with the entire team including the director. From that time my depression started,” t
he actress added.

Pori Moni didn’t want to say anything about the story and characters of the movie. She only said that she will be seen as an actress, not a heroine.

According to Pori Moni, “Usually the heroine of commercial movies dances and sings with the hero and makes love. And there is a quarrel between the two families.

Do you like to stay in this familiar place all the time?”
“After hearing the story of ‘Felubakshi’, I felt that if I chose not to be a heroine, I would get many acting opportunities.

That role will suit me more. If we ourselves do not break the barrier, then we will move forward.

Now days are changing. Now everyone prefers the word actress to heroine. How long it was seen on the screen, no one cares about it anymore, how many viewers could remember, that is the real thing,” Pori Moni
also said.

Soham Chakraborty played the title role in ‘Felubakshi’. This ‘Fellubaksi’ is very modern. He always keeps up with technology. She is a child of a middle class Bengali family, she loves to eat. Solving mysteries is her favourite task.

Apart from Soham-Pari Moni, there is also Madhumita Sarcar in the movie ‘Felubakshi’.
