MIDLAND BANK, WIN CHAMPION sign cash management deal

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Midland Bank PLC and Win Champion (BD) Ltd. at the Sonic Group Headquarter located at Uttara EPZ, Nilphamari recently.

Win Champion (BD) Ltd is a concern of Sonic Group. Win Champion (BD) Ltd. was established in 2018 as a foreign investment holding company. It is engaged in trading, construction, and manufacturing activities, and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Winly Harbour Limited.

Md. Ahsan-uz Zaman, Managing Director of Midland Bank PLC and Mr. Benjamin C. Y. Wong, Founder Chairman, Win Champion (BD) Ltd and also Chairman of Sonic Group signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organizations.

Under the MoU, Win Champion (BD) Ltd will use the robust online Cash Management solution of MDB “Midland Cash Management (MCM)” application for conducting their daily business banking and cash management activities, says a press release.
