‘Close Up 1’ famed Moushumi Akhtar Salma, the popular musician of this time, is having a very busy time in this stage show season. As she is busy with stage shows, Salma is releasing new original songs for TV shows as well.
A new song in Salma’s voice has been released and it is titled ‘Ekmatro Thikana’.
The song is written and composed by Mamun Afnan Rumi, while its music was composed by S D Sagor. Alvi Mamun and Rahman Ayat performed as the models in the song directed by Mamun Afnan Rumi.
Meanwhile, a new song in the voice of Salma titled ‘Naker Nolok Kaner Jhumka’ has been released on YouTube. The song is written, and also composed by Rohan Raz. Jannat and Toha acted in the music video of the song. The music video is made by Salman Ahmed Sohag.
In the meantime, another new song released by Salma has received a lot of response from the audience. Title of the song is ‘Bondhu Mayar Jadu Jane’.
Tanvir Ahmed wrote lyrics
of the song, Rumon Dewan has composed its tune and Shahin Rana has composed its music.
Apart from the stage show, Salma has already participated in BTV’s cooking related show. Singer Rashed was accompanied by her in the show.
But Salma said that in the meantime, she has completed the shooting of the music video of the new 12 songs. New original songs sung by her voice will be revealed one by one in the
New Year.
Regarding talking about the stage shows, new songs and other engagements, Salma told this correspondent, “Alhamdulillah, I am having a good time with the stage shows.
A few days ago, artistes were not busy with stage shows.
Now everyone is almost doing stage shows. I have also performed in several stage shows in Dhaka and outside Dhaka.
I tried to impress the audience with each song. To tell the truth, those of us who have chosen music as a profession, are eagerly waiting for the season of this stage show.
And as an artiste, I have a responsibility to release new songs for my fans.
From a place of responsibility, I try to constantly present new songs. Some new songs have already been released; some new songs will be released soon. I am optimistic about
all the songs.”
