For the first time, popular
TV actress Sumaiya Shimu and folk singer Islam Uddin Palakar worked on OTT content.
Both of them will be seen in the ‘Besura’ episode of ‘2-Shaw’, the second episode of ‘Pett Kata Sab’ directed by Nuhash Humayun. The second session of the series ends with this episode.
Nuhash Humayun and his mother Gultekin Khan are
writing the series which is being aired on Chorki.
In the trailer of ‘Besura’ released recently and the viewers can watch a little girl making music.
But it is said that if the little girl doesn’t sing, then she will have
to spend the rest of her life
in the butchers house.
Once the little girl found out, to get tune, she has to go to the witch. A glimpse of the witch is shown
at the very end of the trailer.
The episode was released.
Actress Sumaiya Shimu said about the experiences of acting
in that series. She told this
correspondent, “OTT platforms those are working well now. The kind of work I want to do,
‘2-Shaw’ is such a work. Its story is different, and Nuhash Humayun is a promising
director and Chorki is also a good platform. All in all I
think the work is good.”
Director Nuhash Humayun shared his feelings by this way, “This is called musical content. Since there is a matter of melody and bass in this episode, I kept the rhythm in the dialogue.”
Maan, Erfan Mridha Shibalu, Bablu Bose, Masudur Rahman, Sayem Uddin, Animesh Das, Snigdha Devi, Arnika Devi Orthi, Bina Dasgupta and others
also acted in ‘Besura’.
