The country is likely to experience mild to moderate cold wave again after January 9 and in the middle of the month, severe cold waves may sweep the northern and southwestern parts, including Jashore, Chuadanga, Khulna and Barishal.
“Mild to moderate cold wave is likely to occur after Thursday in the country again,” Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) predicted on Sunday, reports BSS. Fog would prevail throughout the month.
One to two moderate to severe cold waves are likely to take place over west, northwest.
