But undoubtedly it is my favourite because the first movie of the year is my acting movie. The story of movie ‘Moddhobitto’ basically revolves around my character ‘Ranu’. I tried my best to portray my character properly. I have suffered a lot in this movie; I have given a lot of efforts in this movie. The director of this movie has suffered a lot. All of us have actually tried to make the film ‘Moddhobitto’ a movie that is likeable to the audience. I am optimistic about this movie because this movie is the story of our past lives. That’s why I think we all should go to the theatres and enjoys this movie.”
Meanwhile, Elina Shammi has already completed the movie ‘Jolrong,’ directed by Apurba Rana; movie ‘Choitro Dupur,’ directed by Jesmin Akhter Nodi; ‘Apur Boshonto’, directed by Syed Sakhawat Hossain.
And for the time being, she has stopped herself from writing dramas. She is currently busy with movie work.
