To ensure best customer service and recognize the valuable contribution of the MTBians for providing excellent service in 2024, MTB has recently rewarded its ‘Service Champions’ at a simple ceremony held at MTB Centre, the bank’s corporate head office, in the capital recently.
Syed Mahbubur Rahman, Managing Director and CEO of MTB handed over the certificates and monetary awards amongst the ‘MTB Service Champions’, says a press release.
Among others, Md. Khalid Mahmood Khan, Additional Managing Director and CBO, Goutam Prosad Das, Deputy Managing Director and Group Head of ICC, Rais Uddin Ahmad, Deputy Managing Director and CAMLCO, Md. Bakhteyer Hossain, Deputy Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer (COO), Md. Shamsul Islam, Deputy Managing Director and Group Head of Treasury, Md. Shafquat Hossain, Deputy Managing Director and Head of Retail, Sharmin Ahmed, Head of Service Quality and Khalid Hossin, Head of Digital Banking Division of MTB along with other senior officials were also present at the programme.
