RAB nabbed 2 AL activists from Kishoreganj

RAB arrested two leaders of Jubo League and Sramik League in connection with the attack on the anti-discrimination student movement in Kishoreganj on Friday.

The arrested are Sulaiman Miah (35), president of Jubo League in Boulai Union, and Kachchu Miah alias Khosru (38), organizing secretary of Sramik league of Boulai Union in Kishoreganj Sadar. They are arrested from Boulia area, Kishoreganj. RAB-14 Kishoreganj, Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Md. Abdul Hai Chowdhury confirmed this matter.

RAB said that on August 4, there was an attack on the march of anti-discrimination students in Khampatti area of kishoreganj town. Many were seriously injured. On September 7, Sajjad Hossain filed a case at the District Sadar Police Station as the plaintiff. In this case, Sulaiman Mia and editor Kachchu Mia alias Khosru have been arrested. RAB hand over to the police.
