Disaster Management and Relief, and Liberation War Affairs Adviser Faruk-E-Azam, Bir Protik, on Saturday visited the Liberation War Museum in the city’s Agargaon.
The museum is decorated with stories of gallantry, documentaries, photographs and various historical monuments of the War of Liberation in 1971, reports BSS.
At the outset of his visit, the adviser paid tributes to the martyrs of the War of Liberation, paying floral wreath at the “Prajjalito Shikha Chir Amlan”.
There, he also stood in solemn silence for some time as mark of respect, and signed the museum’s comment book, said a press release of Liberation War Affairs Ministry.
