“We look to a future of strengthened ties and collaboration between our two nations,” Tarique Rahman said, outlining his hopes for closer engagement on various issues of mutual interest between Bangladesh and the United States.

As the son of BNP founder and former Bangladesh President Ziaur Rahman, and the former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia, Tarique Rahman holds a significant position in the political landscape of Bangladesh.
