14 people including 10 former ministers have been shown arrested in connection with the July-August genocide case. The International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) has ordered their appearance on November 18.
On Sunday, a three-member tribunal led by Justice Md Golam Mortuza Majumdar issued this order.
The 14 individuals shown arrested on genocide charges including Salman F Rahman, former advisor to the prime minister on industrial affairs, Tawfiq-e-Elahi Chowdhury, energy advisor, former ministers Anisul Haq, Abdur Razzak, Faruk Khan, Dipu Moni, Shahjahan Khan, Golam Dostagir Gazi, Hasanul Haq Inu, Rashed Khan Menon, Junaid Ahmed Palak, Kamal Ahmed Mojumdar, former military officer Ziaul Ahsan, and former home secretary Jahangir Alam.
