Tanzid, Aich Mollah hit tons in NCL first round

Tanzid Hasan Tamim and Aich Mollah hit centuries to make the headline in the first round of the National Cricket Stadium.

Thanks to Tanzid’s century which was complemented by SM Meherod Hossain’s six-wicket haul, Rajshahi took a big lead against Khulna in the first innings after the Day 2 game at Sylhet International Cricket Stadium on Sunday.

Put into bat first, Rajshahi were bundled out for 426 with Tanzid hammering 133 ball-141 and Farhad Hossain making 93. Shakhir Hossain Shurvo was the other notable scorer with 68.
