The proposal to extend these holidays was submitted by the Public Administration Ministry and has now been approved by the advisory council.

The extension aims to provide citizens with more time to celebrate these significant religious occasions, allowing families to come together and participate in traditional festivities.

The decision is expected to be welcomed by communities across the country as they prepare for the upcoming celebrations.

Details regarding the specific dates for the holidays will be communicated by the government in due course, ensuring that the public is informed well ahead of the festivities.
