Entertainment Report :

Singer Dithi Anwar, daughter of noted lyricist late Gazi Mazharul Anwar, lent her voice with Apu Aman to a patriotic song written by Gazi Mazharul Anwar. Title of the song is ‘Amake Jante Cheyo Na, Amake Mante Cheyo Na.’
The song is composed by Apu Aman. The song was
recorded in a recording studio in the capital’s Banasree area.
While talking about the song, Dithi Anwar told this correspondent, “Every song written by my father is very nice. Each song has a lot of lyrical depth. Of course, I feel proud that I am the daughter of Gazi Mazharul Anwar. The respect and love shown by the people of this country to my father fills my chest with pride. It is impossible to say how many memories were floating in front of my eyes while recording this song written by Abbu (my father).”
Singer and music composer Apu Aman shared his feelings by this way, “Respected Gazi Mazharul Anwar Uncle asked me to compose some songs a few days before his death. After trying for a few days, I could not start music composition of those songs as I wanted. One day I went to Gazi Uncle, chatted for four-five hours with him, and ate together at night. Then
I came home and sat down with the harmonium within
an hour and composed four songs written by Gazi Uncle. The patriotic song was also composed at that time.”
“It is a great achievement in my life that I was able to compose the tune of Gazi Uncle’s songs,” he also said.
It is known that Dithi Anwar is working on several
unpublished songs of Gazi Mazharul Anwar. The songs will be released one by one on Gazi Mazharul Anwar’s YouTube channel in December, according to Dithi Anwar.
