The English opener has suspended his contract with the team due to his upcoming wedding, making his participation in the tournament highly unlikely. Previously, Dhaka Capitals had confirmed a five-match contract with Hales, but within a week, the situation shifted.
Due to his wedding commitments, Hales has asked to put the agreement on hold. Dhaka Capitals extended their best wishes to him for this new chapter in his life.
