Tangail BNP leaders visit mandaps

BNP leaders led by former MP and BNP national executive committee child affairs secretary Abul Kalam Azad Siddiqui visited the puja mandaps and handed over financial assistance among the worshippers in Mirzapur upazila of Tangail district on Friday. In order to complete the Sharadiya Durga Puja in every puja mandap in a fair and peaceful manner, BNP leaders and activists have taken all security measures including visiting the mandap. As a result, people of Sanatan religion said that they are able to celebrate Sharadiya Puja without worry this year.
President of Mirzapur Upazila Puja Celebration Committee Bikash Goshmami and General Secretary Pramthes Goshmami Sankar said on Friday, that this year Puja is being celebrated in 212 Mandapes in Mirzapur Municipality and 14 Unions in a festive atmosphere. Former MP and BNP’s National Executive Committee’s Child Affairs Secretary for the purpose of celebrating Puja in every mandap in a fair and peaceful manner.
