A seminar titled ‘Safe Immigration and Skill Development’ was held in Rangpur with an emphasis on sending trained workers abroad legally. Rangpur District Commissioner Mohammad Rabiul Faisal was the chief guest at the seminar yesterday Thursday (September 26) in the auditorium of Rangpur Technical Training Center.
President of TTC NazmulHaque spoke as special guest in the seminar, BIC Deputy General Manager Ehechanul Haque, General Secretary of Rangpur Press Club Marina Lovely. The seminar focuses on training the workers before sending them abroad, working as apprentices in trained trade establishments to gain experience and knowing the language of the respective country of the workers. Administration officials, bank officials, public representatives, industry officials, journalists, teacher-student representatives, imams, minorities, village police and trainees were present in the seminar.
