IPDC Finance wins gold at ICAB Nat’l Awards

IPDC Finance Limited has won the Gold Award in the Financial Services category at the 24th ICAB National Awards. The award program, organized by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB), recognizes excellence in financial reporting, integrated reporting, and corporate governance disclosures.

The ceremony took place at the Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel, Dhaka, with Finance and Commerce Adviser Dr. Salehuddin Ahmed presenting the awards.

Distinguished guests included Dr. Md. Khairuzzaman Mozumder, Secretary, Finance Division, Ministry of Finance; Md. Selim Uddin, Secretary, Ministry of Commerce; and Md. Abdur Rahman Khan, Secretary, Internal Resources Division, Ministry of Finance, and Chairman of the National Board of Revenue (NBR).

A total of 22 entities across 13 sectors, such as private banks, financial services, manufacturing, power, insurance, and NGOs, were recognized for their outstanding commitment to transparency and accountability. ICAB’s Review Committee evaluated the entries, awarding Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Merit recognitions.
