Bangladesh beat Bhutan in 1st FIFA Int’l friendly match

Bangladesh National Football team beat Bhutan National Football team by a solitary goal in their first FIFA International friendly match on Thursday at Changlimithang Stadium in Thimpu, the capital city of Bhutan.

Morsalin put his team ahead in the fifth minute of the play. Morsalin got the ball at the D-box of Bhutan after the Bhutanese goalie failed to grip a right-side cross of Rakib Hossain and Morsalin made no mistake to put the ball into the blank net.

Bangladesh led the first half 1-0.
Topu Barman led the Bangladesh National Football team as the captain of 70th minute in absence of their regular Captain Jamal Bhuyan. Jamal Bhuyan played for Bangladesh from the 71st minute of the match.

In absence of Jamal Bhuyan, Sohel Rana played in the first FIFA International friendly match against the hosts before Jamal Bhuyan arrived at the field. Besides, Tariq Kazi could not take part in the game as he joined the Finland Army camp. After finishing his training in Finland Army, Tariq Kazi will join Bangladesh National Football team.
Bhutan got their first chance in the 20th minute of the play. But Jelsen’s header went wide. He got the ball from a corner at the Bangladesh citadel.
