Islami Commercial Ins holds 24th AGM

The 24th Annual General Meeting of Islami Commercial Insurance Co. Ltd. was held recently at Engineers Institution in the capital. Board Chairperson Shahida Anowar presided over the meeting. Directors Mohammad Yahya, Ashik Hossain, Independent Directors Mohammed Ayub Hossain, Chief Adviser Md. Anowar Hossain, Chief Executive Officer Qazi Mukarram Dastagir, Company Secretary Md. Aktaruzzaman and CFO AKM Mostaque Ahmed Khan were present in the meeting.
In the meeting the audited accounts of the company for the year ended on 31st December, 2023 alongwith directors report were presented to the shareholders and after deliberation at length the same was adopted. Shareholders of the company expected that the management shall continue their untiring effort to demonstrate still better result in future.
