The new committee of Moulvibazar Press Club (MPC) has been formed. A meeting was held at Maulvibazar Press Club on Wednesday. Senior journalist Baksi Iqbal Ahmed presided over the meeting.
In the meeting, a 7-member ad-hoc (convener) committee was unanimously formed. The Committee was convened by Baksi Iqbal Ahmad (Editor Daily Banglar Din), Member Secretary Sheikh Sirajul Islam Siraj (News Twenty Four Television/Daily Sun).
Members are SM Umed Ali (NTV/Dainik Inkilab), Md Azadur Rahman (Dainik Sangram), Nazrul Islam Muhib (Dainik Ittefaq), Md Mahbubur Rahman Raheel Dainik Amar Sangbad/Moulvibazar Twentyfour), Md Abdul Wadud Daily JayJaidin/Jalalabad). Those who are in the sub-committee for recruitment and verification of new members -Syed Humayed Ali Shaheen (Dainik Janakanth/Banglavision), Baksi Misbah-ur Rahman (Dipttv), Md. Imad ud-Din (Daily Manabzamin).
