A court here on Friday sent Shah Kamal, former senior secretary of the Ministry of Disaster Management and Relief, to jail in a case lodged under The Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1947.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Torikul Islam passed the order as police produced the accused before the court after end of his five-day remand in the case and pleaded to keep him behind the bars till the end of probe, reports BSS.
