We won’t let anyone create instability Says Jamaat

Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Dr. Shafiqur Rahman has stated that his party is committed to preventing anyone from creating instability in the country.

“Since the victory of the students and people’s mass movement, we have assigned our members the responsibility of protecting temples, houses, and properties of Hindus and other minorities to ensure that no one gets an opportunity to attack them and create instability,” Dr. Shafiqur Rahman said during a meeting with leaders of the Bangladesh Jaker Party at the Jamaat Paltan city office on Friday.

Dr. Shafiqur Rahman remarked, “The nation is currently at a turning point. The country belongs to all of us. If the country prospers, we will all benefit. By working with a positive attitude, cooperating with one another, and supporting those in charge, I believe the country will move towards order and prosperity.”

He added, “In the meeting, we expressed our sympathy and wished for the recovery of those who have been injured. We also discussed various aspects of the country, both good and bad.”

Jamaat Secretary General and former MP Professor Miah Golam Parwar, Jaker Party Secretary General Shamim Haider, Jamaat leaders Nurul Islam Bulbul, Dr. Shafiqul Islam Masud, and Jaker Party leader Advocate Abdul Latif Khan, among others, were present at the meeting.
