Samsul Haque Khan School & College (SHKSC) is set to overhaul its educational framework based on a consensus among teachers and students.

The institution aims to implement significant reforms to ensure equitable education and modernize its teaching methods.

The upcoming changes include the removal of individuals involved in unethical activities, extending general class durations, and providing fair remuneration for teachers.

Additionally, the school will eliminate coaching classes, identify and expel teachers involved in scandals, and establish a fund for underprivileged and talented students.

The college will also maintain its merit-based scholarship programs.

A Student Alumni Association will be formed with active participation and annual meetings.

Respectful and educational conduct among students, teachers, and guardians will be prioritized, and teachers’ ethical behavior during exams will be emphasized. The governing body will be restructured, ensuring transparency in elections and eliminating external influences and nepotism in teacher appointments.

The school will enhance facilities such as the prayer hall, library, and research lab, adhering to government guidelines for practical classes.
