President Mohammad Shahabuddin has appointed three Supreme Court lawyers as Additional Attorney Generals and nine others as Deputy Attorney Generals to represent the state in legal matters.
The newly appointed Additional Attorney Generals are include Abdul Zabbar Bhuiyan, Arshadur Rauf and
Barrister Aneek Rushd Haque.
These appointments come as part of a broader effort to strengthen the state’s legal representation.
On 8 August, Senior Advocate Md Asaduzzaman was appointed as the 17th Attorney General for the state, marking a significant development in the legal sector.
The appointments of Additional and Deputy Attorney Generals are expected to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of legal proceedings on behalf of the state.
