Manikganj District President Monnu Group Managing Director Afroza Khan Rita, one of the advisers of BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia, said that those involved in damaging public, private and religious institutions will face strict punishment after the fall of the monarchy.

On the other hand, in the evening, Afroza Khan Rita appeared as the chief guest at a large peace rally organized by BNP at No. 4 Ferighat area. Upazila BNP President Rahmat Ali Lovelu presided over the rally. District BNP General Secretary SM Jinnah Kabir, Upazila General Secretary Mizanur Rahman Liton, Ali Ashraf Rabul, MdKhorshedAlam, Hakim Uddin Master, Nasir Uddin, Shahidul Islam and others spoke.
