Everyday is challenging: Raj: Bangladesh ‘A’ Cricket team off to Pakistan

Bangladesh ‘A’ Cricket team left the city for Pakistan to play two four-day matches and three one-day matches against Pakistan ‘A’ Cricket team in Pakistan.

Bangladesh ‘A’ Cricket team will take on Pakistan ‘A’ Cricket team in the first four-day match, which will be held from August 13 to August 16. The second string of Bangladesh Cricket team will play against Pakistan ‘A’ Cricket team in the second four-day match from August 20 to August 23. Bangladesh ‘A’ Cricket team will play against Pakistan ‘A’ Cricket team in the three one-day matches on August 26, August 28 and August 30. All the matches will be held at Islamabad, the capital city of Pakistan.

After reaching Pakistan, Bangladesh ‘A’ Cricket team are scheduled to take part in a two-day practice session.
Before leaving the country, Selector of Bangladesh Cricket team Abdur Razzak Raj said to a local website, ” There is no new challenge for us. Every day is challenging. We start newly every series and every matches. I think everything is challenging. Bangladesh are now in a good shape. There were unrest earlier, so the itinerary of our matches were deferred.

Usually no political situation provoke our cricket. Cricket advance with its own speed. It is challenging for us when we go anywhere to play cricket.”

Raj said, ” It is a new thing for us that our second string of Bangladesh Cricket team are leaving before our national cricket team leave the country to play two Test matches.

We have got a chance that some of our Test cricketers will get an opportunity to prepare them before play the two Test matches against Pakistan National Cricket team. The conditions of Pakistan is new for some of our cricketers. The promising cricketers will get chance to prepare them in that conditions.”
