Students stage mass rally in Kishoreganj amid rain

The students’ platform of quota reform movement held a mass march with 9-point demands in Kishoreganj amid heavy rain. On Friday after Jumma they participated in the program in front of Shaheedi Mosque in the town.
The procession goes around the important roads in the town and gathers at the same place. According to the police and locals, the mass procession started in front of the Shaheedi Mosque as part of the central programme.
Avi Chowdhury, coordinator of anti-discrimination student movement Kishoreganj, said in the rally, if the 9-point demands of the students are not implemented, the students will not leave the streets. The student society is on the streets and will be on the streets. We will take the price of every particle of our brothers’ blood from the streets.
He also said, many of our brothers were killed indiscriminately. I want justice for the murderers. From this mass march, we demand that those who have been unjustly arrested should be released unconditionally”.
