An all-round performance by Shakib Al Hasan helped Bangla Tigers to earn a narrow two-run win over Toronto Nationals in their third match of the Canada Global T20 (GT20) at Brampton City in Canada on Tuesday.
Shakib Al Hasan notched up 24 using 15 balls. His teammate David Wiese of Namibia hit 38 runs utilising 17 balls. Besides, David Wiese picked up one wicket for 31 runs. He was adjudged the Man of the Match. Shakib Al Hasan also shone with the cherry taking one wicket at the cost of 30 runs. Shakib’s compatriot Shoriful Islam plucked one wicket for 31 runs.
