Directive to freeze bank accounts of driver Abed Ali, his son

Bangladesh Financial Intelligence Unit (BFIU) has directed to freeze bank accounts of Syed Abed Ali, driver of a former PSC chairman, his son Syed Sohanur Rahman Siam and another one person.

It has also directed concerned all to give information of their bank accounts.

BFIU issued letters to the country’s all banks and financial institutions in this regard on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, the Criminal Investigation Department of Bangladesh Police arrested 17 persons in the connection of question paper leakage of Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC).

Court Correspondent : An allegation of genocide was brought on Wednesday against Awami League (AL) as a party for allegedly giving direct instruction in the barbaric crimes and its 14-party allies like Workers Party of Bangladesh and Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal (Jasad).
