Dhaka Bank PLC has approved 10 per cent cash dividend for its shareholders for year of 2023.
The declaraction came out through its 29th Annual General Meeting held virtually on Tuesday under the chairmanship of Abdul Hai Sarker.
Banks Vice Chairman Amanullah Sarker, Founder Vice Chairman ATM Hayatuzzaman Khan, Directors Reshadur Rahman, Altaf Hossain Sarker, Mohammed Hanif, Md. Amir Ullah, Tahidul Hossain Chowhdury, Abdullah Al Ahsan, Mirza Yasser Abbas, Jashim Uddin, Rokshana Zaman, Manoara Khandaker, Rakhi Das Gupta and Independent Directors Ahbab Ahmed, Feroz Ahmed, Dr. Mohammad Ali Taslim and Acting Managing Director AK M Shahnawaj were also present. Apart from them, company secretary of the bank Md. Shahjahan Miah and a good number of Shareholders also participated in the AGM through Digital Platform.
Besides that, the shareholders passed their valuable opinion/comments on the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended on December 31, 2023 and regarding the overall activities of the Bank.
