The Bangladesh Road Transport Corporation (BRTC) has launched a shuttle bus service at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport to provide baggage service to incoming passengers.
This bus service was inaugurated on Wednesday by Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader, reports media.
Two buses will operate from the airport to the airport railway station and bus station.

Civil Aviation and Tourism Minister Mohammad Faruk Khan, along with senior officials from the relevant ministries, were present at the event.
During the inauguration, Obaidul Quader said the shuttle bus service will make the journey easier for passengers.
BRTC Chairman Md Tajul Islam said two buses will operate from the airport to Jasimuddin Road in Uttara.
“This will reduce transportation difficulties for passengers.”
The bus service was launched for passengers immediately after the inauguration.
